Elyse Mallay is a founder, operator, and investor committed to building socially impactful, emotionally intelligent brands that center human connection and care.
She currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Replate, a mission-driven logistics platform transforming surplus food into community meals.
Elyse's career began in healthcare, selling critical-care technologies— including ventilators during the COVID-19 pandemic-and later leading international commercialization of Al diagnostics at Digital Diagnostics. Her work across medtech and healthcare Al fuels her commitment to innovation that drives social impact.
She holds a Master's in Public and Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas and a certificate in UX/Ul Design from Cornell, grounding her in both systems-level thinking and human-centered design.
Elyse is the founder of TinySipsCo, a better-for-you beverage brand designed to nurture connection between kids and caregivers, and holds intellectual property for KidsKoffee™ and Mommigo™-an emerging platform aimed at elevating the unpaid, often unseen labor of mothers.
She is also an early investor in women-led consumer brands like Mom Juice, and advocates for innovation that supports the well-being of families and the economic empowerment of women.
